This policy applies to American Ironclad LLC d/b/a ICT Ironbyte. ICT Ironbyte collects the information you submit through contact and intake forms so we can review your request, respond, quote work, and provide services.
Information collected
Forms may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, what you need help with, service type, urgency, preferred callback time, engagement type, message, source page, and campaign parameters. The server may store a hashed version of your IP address for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, diagnose service fit, prepare quotes, maintain lead records, prevent spam, and improve the website. ICT Ironbyte does not sell submitted contact information.
At launch, form submissions are saved to the site's lead database. Email notifications and auto-replies may be enabled later.
Security
The website uses server-side validation, rate limiting, spam checks, and optional Cloudflare Turnstile verification. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
